Philosophy
Kellie believes that in order to reach your peak performance level, the key is using proper form. As you master proper form during your weight training or cardio workouts, you will increase your fitness level, your performance, and ultimately, your results. When you begin to incorporate proper form and fitness into the actions of your daily life – like lifting your kids or climbing a staircase - your body moves in harmony and you greatly reduce stress and risk of injury. Form and fitness will also enhance your performance across other exercise and sports activities.
Approach
Kellie will work with you to jointly identify a fitness goal that’s realistic yet inspiring, then divide it into two parts: wants or “nice to haves” and needs or “need to haves.” A smart fitness plan carefully balances both to ensure the best results. Your success will be defined through physical fitness but also mental fitness: when you start a new fitness program it is important to train your mind to think positively to overcome fitness challenges and your body will follow. Fitness also needs to have a fun factor to keep you motivated, so it is key to discover what motivates you and incorporate that into your fitness plan.
