Classes

“I have been taking Kellie's classes for 4 years now. Kellie's class has a great flow to it -- she does very logical movements so that your body is working out in a comfortable manner. Some instructors have very erratic moves that end up hurting you with no extra benefit. Kellie's class is very smooth and effective. I also like Kellie's energy - she has an amazingly ridiculous physique that is truly inspirational. She has good karma, a warm smile and just fantastic spirit. Her love of her profession is very evident in her classes and that makes the hour go by very quickly!” - Michelle

Impact

Impact the Powerstrike Kickboxing concept brought to a different level with a free standing bag. Impact is the evolution of shadow kickboxing in a group fitness format: no other workout can bring you the excitement, the intensity and the physical benefits of working on a bag. When striking a bag like a true fighter in training, you are constantly testing your strength, increasing your stamina and are forced to improve your form and technique. This is the ultimate class concept for those that love to train with intense kickboxing workouts!

Forza

Forza is Italian for "strength and power." Also known as Samurai Sword Training, this one hour class is a supercharged workout that blends elements of two Japanese sword fighting techniques - Kendo and Aikijujitsu. Forza uses a fitness sword and teaches precise striking movements that shape the upper and lower body while building strength. Forza is also a fantastic cardiovascular workout where the average student burns 500 calories per class. Controlled and balanced movements lend a meditative aspect to the class, helping to calm the mind and spirit. Incorporating an ancient art form into a present day fitness format, Forza allows exercise enthusiasts of all levels to experience the strength and mysticism of working with swords.
