Seniors
Studies have shown that exercise in seniors leads to improved strength, balance, bone density, moods and overall health, which increases overall quality of life. Kellie has significant experience in working with seniors to increase their function and range of mobility. She can create a program that is tailored to your individual needs and mobility goals.
Adolescents
Obesity is an alarming epidemic that often takes hold during adolescent years. Overweight children are at risk for Type II diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Kellie works with these kids in either a group setting or on an individual basis to create a cardiovascular and strengthening program that is both fun and challenging. Kellie's program can help reduce your child's health risks and increase their self esteem and well being.
Pre/Post Natal Women can continue to benefit from exercise, including weight training, during pregnancy. As a certified Paranatal Fitness Trainer, Kellie designs your exercise program with specific modifications depending upon your individual needs. She will also help you get back to your pre-baby weight after you deliver your bundle of joy. (Medical clearance required)
Corporate Consulting/Guest Lecturer, Kellie is also available to consult or guest lecture at your corporate fitness facility. Kellie has extensive experience in conducting workshops both in the US and internationally, and can develop fitness programs targeted to groups or individuals based on your company’s needs or guest lecture on a range of fitness topics.
